Account Manager for Enterprise Customers
As an Enterprise Account manager you will be the single point of contact for our enterprise customers:
- Accompany new customers from the early steps with training and support
- Increase customer engagement and satisfaction with our products
- Establish and grow our partner eco-system of digital agencies and thus strengthen our visibility and presence
- Concept and manage enterprise feature requests and product enhancements
- Collaborate closely with our product and sales teams
- 2 years account management experience with enterprise accounts, preferably in a product or brand related environment
- Flair for building valuable long-term relationship with customers
- Good communication skills, friendly and confident
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Work with a fun and passionate startup-team
