Together with us, you are responsible to find the optimal solution for our fast growing customer base. In this exciting phase, you will be part of our business development team and responsible for:
-Create a scalable support structure
-1st and 2nd level support for our customers
-Finding solutions to customers’ problems that create added value
-Contributing to sales efforts and business strategy
-Helping to identify the target market and the product specs
-Giving input to product development to iterate the WingtraOne workflow and operation

- +1 year experience in support, sales, business development or similar business related role
-Background in engineering, MTEC or similar
-Willingness to travel
-Outstanding problem solving skills
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Honest, humble, and self-motivated
- +3 years experience in support, sales or business development
- Hardware/software/UAV experience
- Mandarin knowledge (fluent or native)
- Familiar with startup environment
- Leadership experience in professional setting or extracurricular (sports, scouts, etc)
