of office buildings. Our big data platform Locatee Analytics






augments the physical workspace with real-time data to






create smart and occupant-oriented office buildings. Thanks






to Locatee some of the largest organisations in Switzerland






and abroad are able to intelligently optimise their office






buildings and shape the way how people interact with their






workspace.



YOUR TASK






 Assurance of rapid increase in revenue streams by






negotiating proof-of-concept (PoC) and recurringrevenue






contracts with prospects and existing






customers from all over Europe






 You are independently responsible for quick and






smooth transitions between sales stages, lead






qualification, initial presentation, product demo,






PoC scoping, closings, customer success and






up-selling






 Establish trusted and long-term customer relationships






with a consultative selling approach






 Support customer success and sustainably drive






product value for our customers






 Gather customer insight for further development






of our product and services






 Supporting the management at building a high






performance sales organisation and fine-tuning






sales processes as well as the go-to-market strategy






 Freedom to develop and implement new sales






strategies, procedures and concepts






 Up to 50% travel

WHAT YOU OFFER






 Between 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales at a






startup or a technology company






 Excellent writing and verbal skills in German and






English






 Higher education with a completed Bachelors or






Masters degree in Business Administration or related






 A proven track record in developing revenue streams






across all stages of the sales pipeline, from initial






conversation to closing and renewal






 Passionate about helping customers solve problems






by understanding their pain points and matching






them with Locatee’s offering






 Excellent communicator with confident appearance






and ability to network effectively at all levels within






the organisation, including C-suite






 Enjoy working collaboratively in a small team within






a startup-environment






 Affinity for technology






 Background in Commercial Real Estate, Workspace






Consulting or access to a network of Facility or Real






Estate Managers and C-level is a plus
